Kathleen Cheshire helps Irish team to fourth place in Euro Marathon
CLUB member Kathleen Cheshire ran a great race in the Eurasia Marathon last Sunday in Instanbul. The race doubled as the European Police marathon championship. Kathleen completed the 26.2 mile course which runs through parts of both Asia and Europe in 3.27.51. She was the 37th women finisher and a commendable 16th in the police championship event. She led the Irish women's team to fourth place in the European team race.
