TWO DAYS OF ACTION IN ODYSSEY ARENA IN BELFAST THE club will be represented in a variety of disciplines at this weekend's AAI National Indoor championships which take place in the Odyssey Arena in Belfast. Our sprinters have been hitting good form in the last couple of weeks with Jamie Davis producing a 7.09 60m last weekend. Likewise Mick Hynes posted a 7.29 pb in the 60m while Ciaran O'Cathain twice beat his old pb in the 60mh last weekend. The previous weekend Kieran Kelly recorded two PB's in the one day in the 400m which is arguably the most competitive event on the Belfast programme. Middle distance runners Kevin Moriarty and Richie Corcoran are also in action - the latter ran a pb in the 3,000m at the UK indoors last weekend and has medalled in these championships previously. Club record holder Stuart Greene, is back in full training and will be a challenger in the pole vault while Miha Pantea has also been training well under coach Noelle Greene while in the women's pole vault Zoe Brown will be battling it out with new Irish record holder US born Tori Pena.
