The club's new fit for life group got off to a very successful start last Wednesday night. Twelve runners, both male and female participated under the watchful eye of coaches Grainne, Dave and David. They covered 4Km in total.

The next get together is on next Wednesday night at 7.30pm. Just meet outside the clubhouse beside the Raheny Scout Den.

Remember you don't need to have any experience of running to join the group. It caters especially for new arrivals to the sport and provides a friendly and sociable outlet for those wishing to improve their fitness. For more information contact Grainne on 087 6681467.
