WALK, JOG OR RUN 2 MILES THE club's annualFit4Life League begins on Wednesday, October 7 at 8pm. This series of 2 mile races is specially designed for beginner or novice runners who are anxious to get their first taste of competitive action. However, joggers and walkers are welcome to take part as well. The races will be run over the Howth Road/All Saints Road/Wade Avenue one mile circuit with competitors competing this loop since. Entries will be taken in the Raheny Shamrock Clubhouse which is situated behind the Old Credit Union offices. The entry fee is €5 per race or €20 for the series. A special plaque will be presented to all who complete five of the six races.
